Another trip to Greece and Turkey. A deeper dive into this part of the world. And this time with an expanded lens—I traveled with Chris Young professor of Philosophy. A natural fit, a natural blending of art and philosophy. A time when Greece was facing major questions about the country’s future. No matter how you look at Greece—whether in color or black and white—the image you see is a complex one with a deep past and what always seems an uncertain future. Almost the same can be said of Turkey—a deep past—but the future appears a bit more clear (at least in 2015 - not sure I would say the same today in 2025).
